Mark your building on the map and tell us how far the sump is from the road, so the driver brings a long enough hose. Your pin puts you in a zone, and the zone sets your price.

Is NeerGo live yet?

Not yet. NeerGo is in pre-launch. The apps are being built and we will open zone by zone.

How is the price decided?

Each delivery zone has one price list per tanker size. You see your zone's price before you subscribe or book. It does not change with the driver or with how far the tanker comes from.

Which tanker size do I need?

Pick a tanker that fits your sump with room to spare: about 5,000 litres for a 6,000 litre sump, 7,000 for 8,000, 8,000 for 10,000 and 12,000 for a 14,000 litre sump. The size helper above works it out for you.

How do I know the full tanker was delivered?

Every delivery is closed with a one-time code that only you have. The driver can mark it complete only after you share the code at your gate.

Can apartments and societies use NeerGo?

Yes. A society can schedule several tankers a day on one account, with one monthly statement for the association.

Where does the water come from?

From each partner's own source in your zone. We check every partner's source and vehicle papers before they join.
